CircCommunity

The project arises from the need to learn new pedagogies and methodologies for the social aggregation of young people around the performing arts through training courses, visits to other European experiences, talks and meetings with other professionals.

At the same time we want to return this learning to local communities by bringing ideas for the management of educational social circus workshops, festivals and reviews.

A culpably distracted and often confused society is not always aware of those who live in disadvantaged conditions; we have to make an effort to achieve real inclusion in order to generate opportunities for all those disadvantaged people who live on the margins of society.

The CirCommunity project aims to respond to the needs and difficulties especially of those who do not find their sense of community and generate processes of growth and self-esteem able to explore new possibilities and continue towards new horizons.

CirCommunity directly involves TenRock’s collective of artists who travel to 4 European countries to create new connections and share ideas about the world of social circus and new ways of living community circus.
