TEC was a strategic collaboration project between INCA, Percipio (Rep. of North Macedonia) and B-link (Italy) for the development of competencies among adults and to share working methods between the entities.

Creativity and theater have been the main tools implemented in events, local workshops and in three international training meetings.

A personalized methodological approach has been applied for each participant and a tangible group result has been created with the staging of an immersive show that has been the basis for the professionalization of many of the participants.
